About Me

Lizzy: Quite simply, I love making stuff. Crochet, quilting, embroidery and appliqué are my main loves, but I'll confess to even getting a buzz out of sewing a button back on a shirt. In the first half of 2015 I'm taking a six month sabbatical to focus on the creative projects I never have enough time for. I'm going back to basics with a beginners drawing class, and undertaking the Royal School of Needlework's hand embroidery certificate. My hands aren't comfortable without some kind of hook or needle in them. That's why I'm Stitchy Fingers!
